Who we are

Who we are

WE ARE STUDIO WOOW
A STUDIO MADE BY PEOPLE, FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

We have been operating in the media and digital entertainment industry for a long time, we are a Talent Agency and a Multichannel Network .

We provide creative and strategic consulting for influencer marketing projects, produce formats and branded content for all platforms. Our work is constantly aimed at talent development.

We are reliable collaborators for talent and for our partners:

We provide our Partners with intangible knowledge and long-term vision on Talent, interacting with them everyday, with the goal of getting to know them and develop their potential.

We support Talents strategically in performance growth through quality content and creativity.

OUR APPROACH
IS ALWAYS WIN-WIN

In every project our approach is always Win-Win, so that Talent and Partner both achieve success.

We are on the side of our TALENTS, whose image we enhance, whose credibility we protect, whose storytelling and business we develop.

We are on the side of our PARTNERS so that they can achieve their set communication and profitability goals by collaborating with credible Talents in harmony with their positioning and tone of voice to develop a high engagement rate with their fan bases.

OUR HISTORY

Our story began in 2017 as a joint venture between two large groups ProSiebenSat.1 and RTI-Mediaset, with the goal of bringing social media expertise and world leadership on the YouTube platform to Italy.

We started out as part of the large STUDIO 71 family, presenting ourselves to the market as a leading company in Digital Media and Entertainment, development and production of Digital First formats and content, Talent management and management of a Multi Channel Network (MCN).

After a fast penetration of the Italian market, we repositioned ourselves by expanding our offer on other platforms (Instagram and TIK TOK), expanding and diversifying our roster of Talent, Influencers and Creators, a strategy that has allowed us to collaborate with numerous brands on influencer marketing projects.

In 2021 the ownership became 100% Italian with the new brand Studio WooW, same team, new corporate structure with the Mediaset Group confirming its important participation and industrial support to the project.

As of September 2024, following a 100 percent acquisition of the company, it joins OutNow, a digital and media agency of the This Is Ideal Group, which takes over Studio WooW with vision and responsibility, capitalizing on the experience gained in previous managements.

The integration of Studio WooW within This Is Ideal is led by Pietro Crimaldi, former Head of Digital at OutNow, whose goal will be to further consolidate the Group's position within the Italian and international communications market, strengthening its ability to offer innovative and cutting-edge solutions to its Clients.

The Group looks to the future with enthusiasm and determination, ready to meet new market challenges and continue its growth.
